Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

1. Sample Production Costs

The cost of creating samples depends on the type of material used. The sample production cost is 1.5 times higher than the normal price.
For samples with embroidery, an additional charge will apply for the embroidery program.
The pattern and sample creation process takes at least 14 working days after sample payment.
Sample revisions take 7–10 working days.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

Minimum order is 2 dozen (24 pcs), calculated as 1 pax = 2 sets of clothing.

3. Sampling

Production begins once the sample is approved by the client.
Production process takes 14–21 working days.
Sample cost is waived if client proceeds with a minimum of 2 dozen per design.
50% down payment (DP) is required before production starts.
Full payment is due upon completion of production.
We accept payments via bank transfer and cash. All transactions are processed securely.

4. Payments

50% down payment is required before production begins.
Full payment is required after production is completed.

5. Delivery

Clients may pick up products from our office.
Delivery time may vary depending on location and order volume.
We are not responsible for delays due to natural disasters, accidents, or uncontrollable circumstances.

6. Revisions

“Template Uniform” clients cannot request size revisions.
“Custom Uniform” clients can request size revisions only.
Allowed revisions:
- a. Shorten shirt length
- b. Narrow wide sleeves
- c. Adjust chest, waist, or hips if too large
Design changes are not allowed. If a new design is needed, a new sample must be made.
If client wants to change fabric after sample disapproval, additional sampling fees apply.
